I had a same day cancellation due to a family emergency and they immediately reversed the charges. Next time I'm definitely choosing Home Inn & Suites. When I first walked in to the hotel I thought wow it smells so clean and looks nice. Then we got into the elevator and was like ew heat is that smell. Home Inn & Suites opened up on October 2017, which is one of the newest Boutique hotels in the Memphis area. Stayover housekeeping service is available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests. The property is around 17 miles from Brown Park, 18 miles from Memphis Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum and 18 miles from FedExForum.
The location is fairly central in Memphis and suburbs. Everyone I met was very friendly, eager to help and serve. They even gave me extra tips on how to get around and restaurants. UNIQUE to have a dish washer in my room! Fridge, big microwave, dishes/cups/utensils and even a hot pad/skillet if requested. This would be a great place for longer stays.
